Jessica Freed joined the Hotamışlıgil lab as a Research Assistant. Jessica is interested in the molecular basis of metabolic diseases. She received her B.S. in Biochemistry from Boston College, where she completed a thesis on phage/host interactions between T3 and E. coli BL21. In her free time, she enjoys painting, skiing, and exploring Boston.
